What this tour actually is
Built around your group
Public tours are great. They’re also, by design, a fixed itinerary. Sometimes you’ve got a wedding party flying in, a corporate retreat with mixed tastes, or a 60th birthday where one guest doesn’t drink and another only wants gin. That’s the private charter.
We take care of all the details so you just need to bring your thirst — for drinks, food and knowledge. The coach, the guide, the venues, the run-sheet, the dietaries, the timing: all of it. You bring the group and the date.
Pricing
A flat A$1,690 covers the coach, driver, guide, behind-the-scenes access and a base tasting allowance — quoted up from there based on group size, food and any add-ons (axe throwing, sunset stop, additional venues). Mid-week is the same flat rate as a Saturday — we don’t dynamic-price.

What's the minimum group size?
Eight is the sweet spot for the standard private charter. Smaller groups are usually better off on one of our scheduled tours — but we can quote any size.
What's included in the price?
Coach, driver, guide, behind-the-scenes access at every venue, and a base allowance for tasting pours. Food and additional drinks are quoted with the itinerary.
Can you handle dietaries, non-drinkers and accessibility needs?
Yes — this is exactly why the private charter exists. Tell us at enquiry and we'll build the day around it.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable. Peak periods (October–April, Floriade, public holidays) sell out earlier.
Going for a longer trip?
Most guests pair a half-day with a full-day. Mid-week and Sunday tours are quieter and just as good.
