Margaret River produces about 3% of Australia’s wine and roughly 25% of its premium wine. The numbers are real — and the only honest way to do the region justice is to commit to at least two nights.

Chardonnay Masterclass. A 90-minute vertical tasting at Cullen, plus a tour of their biodynamic estate. The most informative single session you can do on Australian chardonnay.
